AI usage policy

The AI tutor asks questions, checks understanding, and explains concepts step by step rather than only handing over final answers. It is given your exam, subject, chapter and recent performance so it can adapt what it teaches next.

The underlying language model generates the text of each response, but the teaching approach — when to ask a follow-up question, when to give a hint versus a full explanation, which syllabus topic to move to next — is controlled by Coaching India's own product logic and curated syllabus material, not left entirely to the model's judgement.

Like any AI system, the tutor can produce incorrect or outdated information, misstate a formula, or misjudge the difficulty of a question. It is a study aid, not an official source. Always cross-check important facts, exam patterns, and cut-offs against the official syllabus and previous years' question papers.

Our academic team reviews reported answers, monitors patterns in feedback, and updates the syllabus material and prompts that guide the AI tutor. Reports do not receive an instant human review at the moment you submit them, but they directly shape what gets fixed.

Your conversations are used to power your personal learning history and, in aggregate and de-identified form, to identify topics where the AI tutor's explanations are unclear or wrong so they can be improved. Your conversations are not sold, not shared with advertisers, and are not used by Google to train its general-purpose models under our agreement with them.

Use the “Report an incorrect answer” option available in the tutor and practice interfaces whenever a response looks wrong. You can also write to support@coachingindia.app with the conversation or question reference.
