Coaching India is intended for students preparing for competitive exams in India. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of the platform and to any paid subscription, consistent with our children's privacy policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred — see our acceptable use policy. Notify us immediately at support@coachingindia.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly), in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

You agree to use Coaching India only for genuine exam preparation and in line with our acceptable use policy and academic integrity policy. Violating these policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Coaching India's AI teacher generates explanations, practice questions and feedback using AI models and can occasionally make mistakes, including incorrect facts, wrong calculations, or outdated information. Always verify important information — especially exam pattern, syllabus and cut-off details — against the official syllabus and previous question papers published by the relevant exam authority. Use the “Report an incorrect answer” option whenever you spot an error.

The Coaching India platform, its software, design, and original study material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Previous-year exam questions are used as permitted for educational reference; see our copyright and takedown policy. You may not copy, resell or redistribute Coaching India's content without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Coaching India is provided as an aid to exam preparation and does not guarantee any particular exam result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaching India is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of Coaching India after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
