Refund & cancellation policy

You can cancel auto-renewal for your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account, or by writing to support@coachingindia.app. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not immediately end your current billing period.

When you cancel, you keep full access to your plan's features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month access is removed, and your account automatically moves to the free plan once that period ends.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or of an upgrade, provided the plan has not been substantially used (for example, an unusually high volume of AI tutor messages or mock tests completed). Refund requests made after this window, or for renewal charges after the first billing cycle, are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@coachingindia.app from the address linked to your account with your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. We may ask a few follow-up questions to understand what went wrong.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval and are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card network, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry the charge over the following days and notify you by email so you can update your payment method. If payment is not recovered within the retry window, your subscription is paused and your account reverts to the free plan; your learning history is preserved and access resumes as soon as a successful payment is made.
