Copyright & takedown policy
How we handle previous-year exam questions, and how you can report content that infringes your copyright.
Last updated: 10 February 2025
Previous-year question attribution
Where Coaching India includes previous years' exam questions for practice, we attribute them to the conducting exam authority and use them for educational reference and practice, consistent with their public availability for candidate preparation. If you believe a specific question or passage has been reproduced beyond what is permitted, let us know using the process below.
Filing a copyright complaint
If you believe content on Coaching India infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@coachingindia.app with the subject line “Copyright complaint”.
What a valid notice contains
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact location on Coaching India where the material appears (a link or clear description).
- Your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review the flagged content and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it while the matter is investigated, and notify the party that submitted or is otherwise responsible for the content.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@coachingindia.app explaining why the content does not infringe the claimed copyright, along with your contact details. We will review the counter-notice and communicate the outcome to both parties.
