Acceptable use policy
These rules keep Coaching India fast, fair and safe for every student. Violating them may lead to account suspension.
Last updated: 10 February 2025
Prohibited uses
You may not use Coaching India to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Coaching India's content or subscription access.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the availability of the service.
Sharing accounts
Each subscription is for a single student. Sharing your login credentials so that multiple people use one paid account is not allowed and may result in suspension. Schools and institutions that need multiple seats should use an institution plan.
Scraping and automated access
Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to extract questions, explanations, or other content from Coaching India — or to send an unusually high, automated volume of requests to the AI tutor or practice engine — is prohibited and may trigger rate limiting or account suspension.
Abusive prompts
The AI teacher is built for exam preparation. Sending prompts designed to make it produce hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content, or to bypass its safety behaviour, is not allowed.
Uploading copyrighted material you don't own
Do not upload notes, question papers, textbooks, or other material that you do not have the right to share, unless it is for personal study use permitted by law. See our copyright and takedown policy for how we handle infringement complaints.
Bulk querying
Sending large, automated batches of questions to the AI tutor purely to harvest answers — rather than for your own learning — is against this policy and may be throttled or blocked to keep the platform responsive for everyone.
Reporting a violation
If you see behaviour that breaches this policy, report it to support@coachingindia.app.
